Party Etiquette

We ask that everyone attending a party hosted on our premises or at our partner venues follow some basic etiquette rules. No means no – please be respectful of other people’s personal boundaries at all times. No inappropriate sexual language please.

No sharing images or other material without permission from those involved. Conversation should remain strictly confidential unless both parties agree otherwise. No violence or inappropriate behavior is allowed in any form whatsoever. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the premises.

Crowd 9 agency is not responsible for members behaviour outside of the events and cannot be responsible for any contact outside of the venues if members exchange contact details.

All our members are responsible for sharing their personal information in order for the agency to carry out basic vetting procedures.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously and will never share any personal information without your express permission. We do not store financial information or credit card numbers on our servers, but instead make use of secure payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe for all transactions related to products and services purchased through our platform.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Services, including without limitation damages for loss of profit, business interruption, data loss or corruption, or other types of direct or indirect damages related to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, power outages, etc., which may occur while using the Services in any way whatsoever.

In addition, we shall not be responsible for any losses incurred due to errors made by third-party providers used by us when providing the Services (such as hosting companies, payment processors). In case such an incident happens we shall work with you towards resolving it with the said third-party provider but can't guarantee a successful outcome since it is beyond our control and outside the scope of these Terms and Conditions.
